Good v Bad

The ultimate battle. The mightiest of all supreme ya yas – good versus evil – or, as one might put it, good v bad.

The battle between good and evil is like most everything, depends on how you look at it. To my mind, it’s not so much a battle between opposites as it is a dance of complements. It’s only a cross. Switch the cross over T to the L and battle becomes a ballet. Power resides at the conjuction.

Good v bad has one main attribute. The dichotomy. Two opposites, separated by choice.

Much like infinity, except shorter.

Muse on,

  1. Does one really even exist without the other? Could you recognize good in the absence of bad? And is it always clear which one something is?

  2. LWIII says:

Boy, there’s a question for you, or three of them. My main problem with good and bad is that I’m not sure how to tell the difference sometimes. I sure seem to have different criteria than many of my friends and associates.

That’s one of the battles of good and evil, which is which? Most often it depends on which side of the fence you’re on. Evil is defined more by how you were raised than any objective criteria. That’s how it seems to me, in many cases.

Pain is bad, sometimes, except when it’s good.

    Thanks for the comment, bro!
