Today is the first day of yesterday

Okay, today seemed rather unimportant in my heart and mind as I arose this morning, a day with middling prospects for joy, soul exploratoriums, and wisdom wonderings, a day filled with doing what I’d done before and didn’t like all that much – meaning writing when I didn’t feel like it.

So I decided to put a good mark on the morning by proclaiming today the first day of the rest of yesterday. That is, when tomorrow comes, it will be the first yesterday of my new past. So today is my very first yesterday, or will be tomorrow.

Yay!

Oh, here’s a quote from my new November writing pal, the Down-Under Wonderer of Wonders, Bernice Ellis. In my opinion it’s the most important thing ever said by a human:

This is where I begin to live my life, knowing that nothing matters, nothing ever matters like the love you receive and the love you give.

Still your,

I thought it was you making me feel like a writer! Oh pshaw. And no worries on trying to be underappreciated, that happens naturally.

You are the best, Azyh, remember that.

    xoxo!
